These fees are for treatments within a 10-mile radius (as determined by Google Maps) from 6460 N. New Braunfels 78209. Further out will require a small travel fee.  Please see end of this page for details.*

Initial Evaluation & Treatment:   $90

At the initial appointment, we will meet at the patient's current home (house, apartment, or care facility) and take a history, focusing more on the patient's current status.  Please schedule this at your/patient's best time of day when they can most fully participate and a regular family caregiver is present, if possible, so that we can all get to know one another.   Once we have determined treatment goals, I will treat you/the patient as appropriate.  This initial appointment could last anywhere from 1-2 hours. See FAQ for full details.

Follow Up Treatments:   $85 each if once a week. If patient requires second treatment in the same week that second treatment will be $75.

Anti-stress treatments for up to 2 caregivers at the same appointment: $15 each

These do not need to be pre-booked but it is helpful to know ahead of time.  Most often 5 points are placed into one or both ears while you rest seated. A Consent to Treatment/Brief Intake/Information form will be provided to you at the time.

Payment methods accepted: Cash, credit, and debit cards all accepted, as well as FHA/HSA if yours covers acupuncture.

Insurance:

I am not a provider for any insurance company nor do I accept insurance. If your insurance does cover acupuncture, I am happy to give you a "super bill", including receipt of payment, CPT codes, and ICD-10 codes for you to submit to your insurance company to get them to directly reimburse you.  Please note: Medicare does not pay for acupuncture at all. They are currently doing some studies in regards to this, but at this time neither Medicare nor Texas Medicaid pay for acupuncture so no super bill will be issued but I'm happy to issue a receipt.

Please realize that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.  I am not a provider for any insurance company and while I will go to reasonable lengths to assist you, I make no guarantees that I can get them to reimburse you.

All treatment appointments are subject to 24-hr cancellation policy. Please see "FAQ" for further explanation.

*Treatments outside the 10-mile radius from 6460 N. New Braunfels will incur a small travel fee of $20.  Further than 20 miles will be $45 and up.
